By continuing to checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to HUONG’s Exchange and Shipping Policies.

1. Exchanges

Each HUONG piece is handcrafted in limited quantities and made after the order is confirmed. HUONG does not offer refunds, but supports exchanges in eligible cases.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery for eligible products or manufacturing defects.
  • For quality claims, please provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning while the package is still sealed and clearly showing the condition of the product.
  • Each order may be exchanged once. Made-to-measure or specially altered items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Sizing

Please refer to the product measurements on each product page and choose based on measurements rather than the size label, as sizing may vary by region and design. If you are unsure, please contact HUONG before placing your order.

3. Shipping

  • Domestic delivery takes 3–7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Domestic orders of VND 3,000,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Upon delivery, you may inspect the external condition of the parcel and refuse it if the item differs from the confirmed order.
  • For delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier, HUONG will coordinate with the carrier and assist you.

Pricing Policy

1. Purpose

HUONG is committed to clearly and transparently disclosing product prices and related charges on huongboutique.vn, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

2. Product prices

The price displayed on the website is the price of each product at the time the customer places the order and includes value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated on the product page. The price applied to an order is the price at the time the order is confirmed. A confirmed order's price will not change unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and selected carrier. HUONG may offer free domestic shipping for orders from VND 3,000,000 at certain times. Any change will be announced on the website.

4. Other possible charges

In addition to the product price and standard shipping charge, other charges may apply and will be disclosed before the customer confirms the order. These may include express delivery charges, special packaging charges, and cash-on-delivery (COD) fees charged under the carrier's terms.

5. Service charges

huongboutique.vn does not charge customers to create or maintain an account, or impose any other service fee for accessing and shopping on the website, unless otherwise stated for a specific programme.
