By continuing to checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to HUONG’s Exchange and Shipping Policies.

1. Exchanges

Each HUONG piece is handcrafted in limited quantities and made after the order is confirmed. HUONG does not offer refunds, but supports exchanges in eligible cases.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery for eligible products or manufacturing defects.
  • For quality claims, please provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning while the package is still sealed and clearly showing the condition of the product.
  • Each order may be exchanged once. Made-to-measure or specially altered items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Sizing

Please refer to the product measurements on each product page and choose based on measurements rather than the size label, as sizing may vary by region and design. If you are unsure, please contact HUONG before placing your order.

3. Shipping

  • Domestic delivery takes 3–7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Domestic orders of VND 3,000,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Upon delivery, you may inspect the external condition of the parcel and refuse it if the item differs from the confirmed order.
  • For delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier, HUONG will coordinate with the carrier and assist you.

Conditions and Limitations on the Supply of Goods and Services

1. Purpose

To ensure that goods and services are supplied in accordance with the law and to protect customers' rights and interests, HUONG publishes the following conditions and limitations applicable to purchases on huongboutique.vn.

2. Time limitations

The website accepts online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed during business hours from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not business days. Orders placed outside business hours or on those non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Because each HUONG design is handcrafted in limited quantities and production begins only after an order is confirmed, some products may require additional preparation time or pre-ordering. The applicable timeframe will be communicated before the customer completes the order.

3. Geographic limitations

HUONG offers domestic delivery to all provinces and cities in Vietnam, and international delivery to countries supported by HUONG through reputable shipping and logistics partners from time to time. Delivery to islands, remote areas, or locations subject to shipping restrictions may take longer, or HUONG may decline service where delivery conditions cannot be met.

4. Customer eligibility

Customers entering into a transaction must have full civil legal capacity as required by law and must provide complete and accurate order and delivery information.

5. Availability of goods and services

HUONG makes every effort to provide goods and services continuously. Service may be temporarily suspended or interrupted for system maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events (including natural disasters, epidemics, and fire), or at the request of a competent government authority. HUONG will notify customers as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Right to refuse supply

HUONG may refuse or cancel an order if customer information is inaccurate, the customer cannot be contacted to confirm the order, the product is out of stock, fraud is suspected, a system error causes an incorrect price to be displayed, or in other circumstances permitted by law. If HUONG cancels an order due to an error by HUONG, the customer will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
